Brighton High School
In May, Team PR from Brighton High worked with the nonprofit, Techos ‘pa la Gente”, a San Juan organization that continues to replace damaged roofs, resulting from Hurricanes Maria and Irma. Our students learned how to use all the building equipment, including electric saws & drills to hammering in plywood roofs, & installing windows. They cleared the grounds from dead plants, heavy debris and downed trees, mowed around the houses, planted beautiful flowers, and repainted tables and benches around the properties.
